Gyoujin Cho

Prof. Gyoujin Cho

Gyoujin Cho received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, in 1995. In 1996, he joined the faculty of the Department of Chemical Engineering, Sunchon National University, Korea, and currently he is a faculty member in the Department of Printed Electronics Engineering, World Class University Program at Sunchon National University. Since 2002, he has focused his research on printed electronics and successfully demonstrated all-gravure printed 13.56 MHz RFID tags (4, 16, 32, and 96 bit). Recently, he is developing fully R2R gravure printed TFT backplane arrays for large area digital signage and wireless cyclic voltammetry tags as a platform for RF e-sensor based smart packaging.

Ms. Eunyeong is working for developing industry oriented cooperative research and education programs in printed electronics and managing the center.

Miss Seyoung is working on maintain instruments in the center and assist administrative works for graduate students and members of the center.

Younsu Jung

Dr. Younsu Jung

Younsu Jung received the M.S degrees in Chemistry and the Ph. D. degrees in Printed Electronics from Sunchon National University, Suncheon, Korea, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. He is currently a Research Professor of the BK21 Plus Program in Sunchon National University, Suncheon, Korea. His current research interests are the printed RF sensor devices based on printed TFT and LC.

Dr. Arulraj ArulKashmir

Dr.Arulraj ArulKashmir

Arulraj ArulKashmir received his M.Sc degree in Chemistry from The American Collage, Madurai, India, in 2009. He received his Ph.D degree in Chemical Sciences from CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India, in 2016. Dr Arul is currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher in Prof. Cho's research group in the Department of Printed Electronics Engineering at Sunchon National University, Suncheon, Korea. His current research interest are in developing electronic inks using novel concepts to enhance its electrical property for printable electronics devices

Hyejin Park

Miss. Hyejin Park

Hyejin Park received the B.S. degrees in Dept. of Graphic Arts Information Engineering, from Pukyong National University, Busan, Korea, in 2010. She received the M.S. degree in Department of Printed Electronic Engineering, Sunchon National University, Sunchon, Korea, in 2012. She is currently working as a Ph. D graduate student for developing a new concept of electronic ink to improve electrical property and printability simultaneously by applying quantum mechanics on fluid mechanics.

Junfeng Sun

Junfeng Sun

Mr. Junfeng Sun received his ME degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chungnam National University of Korea. He is currently working as a Ph. D graduate student for developing fully roll-to-roll gravure printed thin film transistor-active matrix based sensor applications such as leveling sensor, image sensor and epilepsy sensor.

Mr. Ashish received BE degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kathmandu Engineering College (KEC), Tribhuwan University, Nepal. At present, he is working as a graduate student for designing R2R printed display drivers using printed TFTs, printed memory arrays and sensor arrays

Grishmi Rajbhandari

Grishmi Rajbhandari

Miss Grishmi completed undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kathmandu Engineering College, Tribhuvan University in Nepal. Currently, enrolled as a graduate student in the Printed Electronics Engineering and is working to develop metal oxide based active ink for curing low temperature (>150 C) at 5 sec.

Mr. Bijendra Bishow Maskey completed his undergraduate majoring in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kathmandu Engineering college affiliated to Tribhuvan University in Nepal. Currently, he is enrolled as a Master??s degree student and working to develop NFC reader.

Mr. Kiran Shrestha received Bachelor degree in Electronics and communication engineering form Kantipur Engineering College,Tribhuvan University, Nepal, in 2014. At present, he is graduate student for masters program in Printed Electronics Engineering, Suncheon National Unversity, South Korea. His current research focused on All R2R Gravure Printed Smart Packaging for IoT.

Jinhwa Park is majoring in chemical enginneering in Sunchon National University of Korea. Currently she is studying the matlab and simulink about thin film transistor.

Sunggeun Lee is undergraduate student in chemical engineering, Suncheon National University of Korea. He is currently working in the Printed Electronics Engineering and researching Litium Ion Battery for NFC tag.

Alagumalai Ananthan

Alagumalai AnanthanAreceived his M.Sc degree in chemistry from Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College, Sivakasi, India, in 2013. He worked as a project assistant from 2013-2016 in CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India. He is currently joined as a Ph.D graduate student and developing new organic semiconducting materials for printing electronic devices.

Mr. Prince Wesley

Mr. Prince Wesley obtained his Master of Science in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. He is currently working as a PhD graduate student in Prof.Cho’s Printed Electronics Laboratory at Suncheon National University, South Korea. His current research is focused on the electronic printing inks used in roll to roll gravure printing.

Dr. Subramaniyan Ramasundaram

Subramaniyan Ramasundaram

Dr. Subramaniyan Ramasundaram is a native of Chokkampatti, Tamilnadu, India. He received PhD degree in Textile Engineering from Kyung Hee University, Seoul, Korea in 2010, and M.Sc (Applied Chemistry) and B.Sc (Textiles) from Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamilnadu, India in 2000, and 2003, respectively. He worked as a Chemist (2003-2006) at SGS India Limited, Chennai, India. From 2010-2011, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow (BK21) at the Center for Human Interface Nanotechnology in Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, Korea. In Korea Institute Science and Technology (KIST), Seoul (2011-2017), he worked as a Visiting Scientist at the Center for Nanophotonics, and Center for Water Resource Cycle Research (CWRC). In September 2017, he joined in Suncheon National University (SCNU) as an Academic Research Professor at the Department of Printed Electronics Engineering. Also, he is teaching a Polymer Science and Engineering course in SCNU. He developed technologies for fabricating nanoscale ferroelectric PVDF films, substrate immobilized TiO2photocatalysts,andpolymer-graphenecompositesformemory,environment,andinfraredtemperatureandhumiditysensors,respectively.Currently,heisworkingonprintedultrasoundsensorsforbiomedicalimagingandnanomaterialsinkformulationsforprintedelectronics.
